As a Registered Clinician Social Work Associate (CSWA) in Oregon. I bring ample experience supporting youth, adults, families, and couples from marginalized and diverse backgrounds including but not limited to individuals with complex medical conditions, developmental disorders, Autism, ADHD, mental health diagnoses, and so forth. This work has further incorporated the ideology that healing is not just about placing a bandage over a wound as a solution, but more about understanding, embracing, acknowledging the individual and dynamics facing the individual(s) experience.

My approach is a holistic trauma informed care approach with family systems and mindfulness evidence-based approaches designed to help one feel included, safe, and empowered.
